Payment
The contract is considered to be concluded after you make a payment on the website. Your credit card will be charged immediately after your order. PayPal is the only acceptable method of payment on chilloutplanet.com. Nevertheless, we are hardly working on other payment method which should be available very soon. For now, our clients should pay for products via PayPal account, and as soon as we receive payment we start shipping products.

Delivery times
The delivery time for Europe is 2 to 7 days and the rest of the world 7 to 14 days, it depends on the country you are ordering from and when your order will be processed. You will receive confirmation e-mail of your order. Delivery times are from Monday to Friday, except public holidays.  If the delivery to the stated address is unsuccessful, goods will be shipped back to chilloutplanet and we are not liable to refund the shipping costs.

Guarantee and after sale service
All of the products we sell benefit from:
- The legal guarantee of conformity;
- The legal guarantee from hidden flaws;

All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility except those products that does not conform to the description of the ordered product. Please note that client is responsible for any damage done during shipping of the returned products.

You are able to return any unworn clothes or unused product in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. The product price will be returned to your credit card in 7 to 14 days after we receive your return. Chilloutplanet will refund shipping costs only if return is a result of own error. Chilloutplanet gives two years legal guarantee to all products. Please note, that the legal guarantee do not apply to the user’s faulty usage of the product.
 
Steps and conditions of returns:
- You are able to return or exchange our products within 30 days,
- All products must be unused and in its original condition,
- You must include copy of your invoice,
- Before issuing an exchange, returned products are subject of inspection,
- All shipping costs are the client’s responsibility except those products that does not conform to the description of the ordered product,
- You responsible for any damage done during shipping of the returned products,
- For returns please contact us info@chilloutplanet.com and write the reason for the return, your invoice number, and what items you wish to return.
